One way to help you finding your way back to your (usual) self is to take specific steps that enable you to see things differently. It is likely you will feel differently as you experience these new things and feelings.
Isolating yourself when you are feeling low exacerbates your difficult situations.
The funny thing is that when you are feeling low you will probably not want to be outgoing. The melancholic person, the person who is pessimistic, has more difficulty with sad feeling than the outgoing positive thinking person. Not to say that the outgoing person can’t feel depression and lowness just as badly as anyone.
When you are with people who like you, honour you, respect you and you enjoy their company makes a huge difference. People with friends fare better than the loner. People who need people are the luckiest people in the world.
