Working with individuals and couples, utilising counselling, psychology, psychotherapy and coaching to help make your relationships rewarding and fulfilling and achieve your best for yourself. As well- helping with addictions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sexuality and sexual issues, career direction, life transitions, mindfulness and family systems issues.
The work offered for individuals and couples is informed by the on-going training in counselling and psychotherapy and the personal journey I have expereinced through extensive psychotherapy. This process works foe many people who are willing to extend their boundaries, finding themselves in held, safe in an expandingand enriching environment.
Each person is faced with their own process. What works for one person may not work for another. You will be greeted with a therapist who sees you as an individual; sees the couple as a unique partnership. Only in this rarified atmosphere will you truly experience an exploration true to you.
- Person centered,
- Self-awareness, Self-affirming,
- Relatedness to self and the world (others) focused,
- Reflecting on life and seeing needs and challenges as positive and fundamental requirement for living well.
- The pull and push between togetherness and separateness is a continual and necessary part of being “in the world” … “participating” … bringing this to your awareness results in experiencing living fully.
